Vol. 4 No. 7 (2025): Revista de Direito da Saúde Comparado

With the aim of contributing to the debate on key issues related to medical and health law in Brazil and worldwide, we are launching this 7th edition of the JOURNAL (Comparative Health Law Journal), an international, biannual publication with continuous submission, from the Master's and Doctorate Course in Medical Law at UNISA in São Paulo, Brazil.

The journal's mission is to promote the enrichment of scientific and academic debate and to widely disseminate quality research based on theoretical and empirical approaches to medical law, fundamental social rights to health, and public policies in the field of public health and supplementary health.

The journal focuses on the interdisciplinary field of Law, Medicine, and Health, and is open to relevant contributions from other areas of the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Biological Sciences.

This publication brings together works by scholars who, in line with the proposal to explore national and international political and legal experiences, have directed their efforts toward this theme, according to their affinities and specialties, in order to further enrich the debates that demand the evolution of comparative law in the area of health.

We are grateful and honored by the prestige we have received for being able to publish these relevant works.
