It can be stated that the three pillars of open science are: open access, open peer review, and open research data. These fundamental elements aim to promote transparency, collaboration, and reproducibility in scientific research, enabling greater access to and sharing of knowledge. In this context, the Journal of Comparative Health Law adopts the following criteria:
Authors have the option to:
a) Publish or not publish the approval reviews of the manuscript, if the submitted article is accepted for publication; and
b) Interact or not directly with the reviewers responsible for evaluating the manuscript. Authors' choices should be indicated in the "Open Science Compliance Form."
c) Simultaneously disclose data and content related to the results presented in the article in preprint format.
