Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal.
  • The submission file is in a format that can be read by Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.
  • When available, URLs for references must be provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The journal publishes only unpublished articles.

The author must have a postgraduate degree at the Master, Doctoral or Post-Doctoral level in any area since the object of the journal is respected.

The article may have shared authorship.

Articles with up to 3 (three) authors will be accepted, as long as one of the authors has a Doctor degree and, preferably, linked to a Postgraduation Program in Law (or related areas).

The works submitted for publication in Comparative Health Law Journal must be unpublished in Brazil and their publication must not be pending in other vehicles, printed or electronic.

After publication in the Journal, the paper may be published in other vehicles, as long as the original publication is cited as a source.

No copyright or any remuneration will be due for the publication of the works, in any type of printed (paper) or electronic media (Internet, CD-Rom, e-book, etc.).

Those interested in submitting their articles for publication should access the Journal's electronic address <https://revistas.unisa.br/index.php/direitosaude/user/register>, register and submit the article(s) electronically, in the system itself.

The submission, in addition to being carried out in the journal's system, must be communicated to the editors by email <revista.rdsc@unisa.br>.

Microsoft Word 2013 or higher is recommended. If another software is used, the files must be written in RTF (readable by all word processors) or ODT (Libre Office Writer) format.

Sending material to the Journal implies the tacit declaration of the originality of the study.

The text of the submitted article may be in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Articles submitted by foreign authors or co-authors have priority.

Articles written by specialists from other areas can be published in the Comparative Health Law Journal, provided that the topic is of interest to the area of ​​Medical Law and the right to health and that it is written, preferably, together with a co-author from the area of ​​law.
