Modelo Conceitual para Análise do Design Emocional em Soluções da Economia da Funcionalidade e Sistemas Produto-Serviço
Resumo
Este estudo tem como objetivo propor um framework para a análise do Design Emocional em soluções da Economia da Funcionalidade e Sistemas Produto-Serviço (SPS). Para isso, utiliza-se de abordagem qualitativa conduzida por meio de revisão sistemática de literatura e análise de conteúdo para levantar categorias de análise e propor um modelo conceitual. Como resultados, o framework propõe a análise do Design Emocional em soluções da Economia da Funcionalidade e SPS considerando quatro atributos distintos: (1) Estratégias no Design de Produtos; (2) Aspectos emocionais, psicológicos e cognitivos; (3) Experiências; (4) Design centrado no usuário. O entendimento destes aspectos é essencial para aprimorar propostas que busquem a satisfação funcional e emocional das experiências dos usuários.
